Not only will you have lose body fat, tone up and feel deadly in your clothes before the big man comes . But you will have built positive new habits, understand nutrition for your goals and become part of the deadly LMA community

Learning to navigate your goals around festive occasions, family commitments & that sofa time of year.
Included in the Thrive 8 week programme starting 27th Oct for all options
Goal setting to set your personal goals, so I can best support you individually.
Individual nutrition support based on your personal goal.
Weekly challenges focusing on nutrition, lifestyle, healthy habits, daily movement, and mindset.
A WhatsApp group for all members with all challenges, and information posted.
Pictures taken at start and end (not posted)
A Tanita body fat and Body composition analysis at start and end (valued at £50)
Individual check ins weekly.
Huge accountability, including weekly review.
Everything within the challenges will be achievable for everyone to complete
INCLUDES
Three training sessions per week
Up to three sessions per week which you can choose from any of the LMA classes, Small Groups & FitMoms sessions. (you get to book these via your app so you don’t have to stick to the same times etc. Perfect for busy ladies/ mummy’s and shift workers – timetable below – suitable for all levels including beginner)
